Insomnia

I have been suffering from insomnia lately. I want a really good sleep but I don't know how.

I even try taking this kind of drink, it helps a little I guess.

Yesterday mom double-boiled some birdnest for me. I guess it did helped but I had many dreams and involving work and family. I got up 7.15am today (Sunday).

More better sleeps please....

  1. Try exercising. Real exercise not just walking leisurely. Too many people with insomnia tend to forget this tip.
